LearnPlatform: From Tech Leader to Tech Optimizer: The Evolving Role of Technology Leadership in K-12 Education

Panel - As education technology has evolved to become an essential component of teaching and learning, the role of district technology leaders have evolved as well. In addition to leading technology management, those in technology leadership roles play critical functions in strategic planning, business operations, curriculum and instruction and customer service. In this panel discussion, technology leaders at ESDs/districts from Oregon and Washington will share their experience shifting their mindsets and expanding their domains of control to extend beyond “technology operations” and how they have leveraged LearnPlatform to do so.
