AI technology, like the new and popular ChatGPT, is having an impact on education. This technology will continue to advance and become more available in all aspects of everyday life; our role in K12 will be to educate ourselves about the growing presence and capacity of AI technology, understand its inherent challenges and opportunities, educate ourselves and students on appropriate use, and find ways of capitalizing on its benefits.
